How to get to Citilab

What metro/bus lines can I use to get from the city center to Citilab and back? Are there any online route planners for Barcelona's public transport systems?

As I'm looking at accommodation, I would like to find something near a metro or bus station taking me straight to the venue. Ideally, it would be near the beach as well :)
